- All equipment remains the property of Lace Hire (Altrincham) Ltd., 203 Woodhouse Lane East, Timperley, Altrincham, Cheshire WA15 6AS. Registered in England No 1929365. Hereinafter known as the owner.
- The owner shall not be responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property arising from the use of any equipment under hire.
- A deposit is payable on placing of order and is only refundable after goods have been accepted back by the owner in a clean, working condition on the agreed date.
- All amounts owed and invoiced to the hirer shall be paid within 28 days.
- Breakages and lost items, including boxes and cartons, will be charged for.
- An additional handling charge will be made for equipment returned unclean. Details of the amount of such charge will be give on request.
- The hirer shall be responsible for the security of all equipment from the time of acceptance of the equipment until the time it is returned accepted back into the possession of the owner.
- When the equipment is delivered to or collected by the hirer, the hirer shall inspect the goods and sign the owner’s contract note. In the event of any discrepancy, the hirer shall endorse the note accordingly at the time of collection or delivery. If the hirer fails to meet this obligation, any equipment will be deemed to have been collected/delivered in a clean, working condition.
- Our delivery service includes delivery and collection to a suitable entrance. Additional work or reassembly of equipment will be subject to a handling charge.
- Goods must be available for collection on the date arranged, extra journeys incur extra charges.
- No equipment will be accepted by the owner other than that which has been hired.
- Any person, not the hirer, who signs the contract note must be authorised to do so in writing by the hirer.
- Hire prices quoted cover up to 48 hrs. The owner must be informed immediately of any extension in the hire period and the hirer shall be charged extra accordingly.
- The hiring shall be deemed to continue until the goods are made available to the owner or returned to their possession.
- Minimum charge excluding delivery £10.00
- All furniture is supplied on the understanding that is for indoor use only (with the exception of garden furniture). Any water damage will be charged for.
Please Note: All linen is supplied laundered and ready for use. Do not pack used linen away when wet, as within hours it can be completely ruined by mildew which will be charged for. Please soak away stains, and then dry. |
